Steel wire mesh skeleton plastic (PE) composite pipe (referred to as composite pipe) is reinforced by a high-strength steel wire mesh framework spirally formed from left and right sides. High density polyethylene (HDPE) was used as the matrix, and the steel wire mesh framework was closely connected with the inner and outer layers of high density polyethylene (HDPE) with a high performance adhesive resin layer. The bonding resin is a kind of high performance bonding material. It belongs to HDPE modified material. It can melt into HDPE under heating condition. At the same time, its polar bond has strong bonding performance with steel wire. Because of the use of adhesive resin, the problem of no connection factor between steel and polyethylene has been successfully solved, and the composite effect is better.

Product features:

● It has the characteristics of strength, rigidity and impact resistance, similar to the low linear expansion coefficient and creep resistance of steel pipe.

● Double-sided anti-corrosion, with the same anti-corrosion performance as plastic pipes, high temperature and corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity.

● With excellent structure, the reinforced skeleton of the pipe and the inner and outer plastics are mutually inclusive and become a whole without the worry of peeling the inner and outer plastics and the reinforcement.

● The composite of steel and plastic materials is uniform and reliable, which overcomes the rapid cracking of PE pipes. Because the steel and plastic materials are structural composite forms, the phenomenon of rapid stress cracking that plastic pipes are difficult to overcome will not occur.

● The inner wall is smooth, scale-free, flow resistance is small, and the head loss of the pipeline is 30% lower than that of the steel tube.

● Pipes of different pressure grades can be produced by adjusting the diameter of steel wire and the number of steel wires.

● Light weight, easy installation, pipeline connection using electric fusion joint, strong axial tension resistance, mature and reliable connection technology, complete development of pipe specifications, can be connected with other pipelines, valves, equipment.

● The overall reliability of the pipes is high. Under normal use, the service life can reach 50 years, the comprehensive price ratio is excellent, and it is sanitary and non-toxic. It is an ideal substitute for steel pipes, spheroidal graphite pipes and pure plastic pipes.
